Book a consult and an appointment will be booked with one of our Fitness experts.

Get answers to your medical questions
You will be connected via video call to your assigned Fitness expert who will work with you to establish your specific goals.

Discussion summary
Following the consult, you will receive an outline of next steps, providing a clear plan of action.

Follow up consult
Your assigned expert will book in a follow up video call 2-3 weeks after your discussion summary is provided, keeping you accountable in the all important early stages.
